We collect information to enable ride services and improve the Safetrip platform:
● We collect your real-time location when you are online and providing services. ● Location tracking occurs: ○ When you log in and go online in the app. ○ When you accept a trip. ○ During the entire trip until completion.
● We use foreground location permissions on Android to collect your location. This is required to: ○ Match you with passengers. ○ Show accurate ETA to passengers. ○ Calculate distance and fare. ○ Ensure safety and trip verification.
c) Trip Information
● Pickup and drop-off points, trip start and end time, trip duration, distance traveled, fare details. ● We also store trip history, scheduled trips, and upcoming rides for your reference.
d) Device Information
● Device type, OS version, app version, unique device ID, and usage logs.

We use your information to: ● Provide and manage services: Enable bookings, calculate fares, display trip history

We do not sell driver data. We only share it when necessary: ● With Passengers: Your name, profile photo, vehicle details, and real-time location during a trip. ● With Service Providers: Background check services, payment processors, technical support. ● With Legal Authorities: When required by law or to address safety/security issues.

We implement strict security measures (encryption,access controls) to protect your data against unauthorized access or misuse.
